Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, loading docks, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain awareness of deliveries, shipments, and contractor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Complete detailed incident reports, daily activity logs, and shift documentation; communicate relevant security-related information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
