Job summary

Allied Universal in Mesa, AZ is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer - Service Patrol to monitor and protect client facilities in a range of industries. You will patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence, and deliver excellent customer service while following site-specific procedures.

Qualifications

Customer service experience preferred.
Guard card or license preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following site-specific security procedures.
Conduct regular/unarmed patrols of facilities and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized access.
Monitor and report security incidents, hazards, and policy violations using reporting procedures.
Respond calmly to incidents and notify site contacts or emergency responders as directed.
Verify credentials and control access to restricted areas per site requirements.
