Job summary

Allied Universal, the leading security and facility services company in North America, seeks a Security Officer Customer Service Patrol in Tempe, AZ. You will monitor and safeguard clients, provide outstanding customer service, and maintain a visible presence at an industrial location.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Guard card/license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and employees at an industrial distribution location.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility, warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor, contractor, and delivery activity per site requirements and document observations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly following emergency procedures.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications.
