Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and enforce site policies in a food/beverage production location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly following procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of production areas, entrances, parking, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and document observations and patrol activities.
• Support compliance with site rules and communicate with employees, visitors, contractors, and responders.
