Allied Universal in Hazlehurst, MS is seeking a part-time Security Officer Unarmed Access Control Patrol to safeguard clients across food and beverage locations. You will perform regular patrols, monitor access points, and provide professional customer service while following site procedures.

This role emphasizes visible presence to deter incidents, adherence to shift schedules, and calm response to alarms.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screening may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors following site procedures.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location and verify visitor/contractor authorization.
• Respond calmly to incidents and alarms per site procedures.
• Observe and report hazards or security concerns to site leadership.
