Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Customer Service Patrol in Saint Charles, IL. You will protect clients, conduct patrols, and provide excellent customer service while supporting a welcoming environment.

Position Type: Full Time. Pay Rate: $19.99 per hour. Schedule includes daytime and overnight shifts with rotating days off. Employment requires background checks and drug screening as permitted by law, with licensing as applicable.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Age requirement: 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while carrying out security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols to deter unauthorized activity.

• Prepare clear reports of incidents, observations, and patrols.
