Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• Background histories considered in compliance with laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies in a food production/distribution environment.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout facilities and perimeters.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report irregular conditions to leadership.
• Prepare clear reports of incidents, observations, and patrols.
