Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Access control and badge handling experience is desirable.
• Background check and drug screening will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, guests, and team members by carrying out security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location to deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents and customer concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Monitor access points and report maintenance concerns and incidents per procedures.
• Maintain detailed activity reports and communicate information to site leadership.
