Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and staff while following site-specific security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the location, including common areas, parking areas, and exterior grounds.
• Respond to incidents and disturbances in a calm, professional manner and notify appropriate personnel.
• Observe and report unusual activity or policy violations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Assist with emergency responses, access control, and visitor direction as needed.
