Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Access Assistant in Boston, MA. You will monitor the retail location, provide exceptional customer service, and deter incidents while maintaining a visible security presence.

The role requires access control, badge experience, and the ability to respond calmly to incidents. Position is full-time with a daytime schedule and hourly pay rate of $19.00. Compliance with background checks and drug screening is required.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required.
• Licensing may be required.
• Driver's license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, guests, and team members according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols to deter incidents.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions or maintenance needs.
• Maintain detailed activity reports and communicate with site leadership.
