Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Tablet Patrol in Boston, MA. You will safeguard clients across various industries, performing patrols, maintaining a visible presence, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Experience with computer or tablet tools helps support security tasks within a dynamic environment. This full-time role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to pass background checks and a drug screen where permitted by law.

• Background check required and compliance with laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe activity to help deter theft, unauthorized access, and other security‑related concerns.
• Document incidents, observations, and policy violations, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
