Job summary

Marksman Security is seeking a vigilant front desk associate in the El Paso area to provide excellent customer service, manage access control, and maintain accurate logs. The role involves patrolling, monitoring cameras, and responding to incidents to ensure a safe environment for tenants and visitors.

Requirements include 18+ years, English fluency, a High School diploma or GED, ability to lift 50+ lbs, and passing a background check and drug screen. Evening and weekend availability are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior experience as door staff, receptionist, or in customer service.
• Comfortable around pets.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Able to obtain Illinois PERC and complete state training.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing foot patrols in various weather.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Customer Service at the front desk and assist with directions.
• Maintain clear logs at front desk for people and packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors, or vendors.
• Monitor security cameras and patrol the property.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies and document them.
• Other duties as assigned

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have experience as a door staff professional or in a receptionist, customer service, clerical, hotel or restaurant position.
• Must be comfortable around dogs, cats, and other pets/animals
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Able to acquire and maintain a valid Illinois Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC), including state accredited training requirements
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs., completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather

Preferred Qualifications

• Bi-lingual considered a plus.
• Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required
