Job summary

Marksman Security is seeking a front-desk security professional responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, controlling access and monitoring premises. You will maintain logs, assist visitors, and respond to incidents while ensuring a safe environment.

The role requires a clean background, a valid unarmed guard card, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform foot patrols in various weather conditions. Evening and weekend shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience as door staff, receptionist, customer service, clerical, hotel or restaurant position.
• Comfortable around dogs, cats and other pets.
• Must have an Unarmed guard card and a valid driver's license.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Able to meet physical duties including lifting 50+ lbs and walking stairs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all parties on duty.

• Control access for tenants, visitors and vendors.
• Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to prevent theft.
• Respond to incidents and record data for management.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have experience as a door staff professional or in a receptionist, customer service, clerical, hotel or restaurant position.
• Must be comfortable around dogs, cats, and other pets/animals
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Must have an Unarmed guard card
• Must have valid drivers license
• Able to pass pre‑employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather

Preferred Qualifications

• Bi‑lingual considered a plus.
• Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required
