Job summary

Marksman Security is seeking a frontline security professional to manage front desk duties, assist visitors, and control access at on-site properties in Indiana. You will monitor cameras and perform patrols to ensure safety and report incidents for management.

The role requires a minimum 21 years of age, a valid state security license, and the ability to meet physical duties; English proficiency is essential, with bilingual skills considered a plus and evening/weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience as door staff, receptionist, customer service, clerical, hotel or restaurant role.
• Comfort around dogs, cats, and other pets/animals.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Able to obtain and maintain a valid state security license.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to meet physical requirements including lifting 50+ lbs, patrols, stairs, and inclement weather.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Customer Service at front desk and on duty.
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors.
• Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain safety.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies and document data for management.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have experience as a door staff professional or in a receptionist, customer service, clerical, hotel or restaurant position.
• Must be comfortable around dogs, cats, and other pets/animals
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Able to acquire and maintain a valid state security license
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather

Preferred Qualifications

• Bi-lingual considered a plus.
• Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required
