Qualifications

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law and drug screen as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of residential buildings and common areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify entry, and report suspicious conditions.
• Respond to incidents and resident concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Prepare clear activity and incident reports and communicate observations to site management.
