Allied Universal is seeking an Unarmed Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Alarm Panel Patrol in San Francisco, CA. The role involves patrolling, access control, and delivering professional customer service to tenants and visitors at a commercial real estate site.

You will perform routine patrols, monitor entry points, respond to incidents, and document activities to support a safe and welcoming environment. The position is full-time with a daytime-Schedule in a busy urban setting.

Qualifications

Alarm panel experience preferred.
Customer service experience preferred.
Guard card or license preferred.
Access control or badge experience preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Background checks and drug screening per law.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and clients at a commercial real estate location by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building common areas, entrances, parking areas, and surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
Monitor access points and observe visitor and contractor activity, providing directions as needed.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner; notify relevant personnel and document activities.
Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain activity logs for patrols and events.
