Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: valid driver’s license.
• Comfort with using a computer/tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required by law; licensing may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility and surroundings.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow site procedures.
• Monitor access, verify authorization, and document activity.
• Prepare clear incident and daily activity reports.
