Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of industrial facilities, access points, parking areas, business locations, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access control points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and maintain logs and incident reports.
• Observe and report hazardous conditions, equipment concerns, policy violations, and unusual activity to appropriate site contacts.
