Allied Universal is seeking an unarmed Security Officer in Fort Worth, TX. The role focuses on patrols, access control, and customer service within an aviation transportation setting. You will monitor designated areas, report incidents, and maintain a visible security presence to deter incidents.

The position is full-time with a daytime to evening shift schedule. Candidates should have strong customer service skills, a basic comfort with computers/tablets, and the ability to respond calmly to

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• This is primarily a driving post.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background checks and drug screening as required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, employees, and/or vendors while following security procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of assigned areas and monitor for unusual activity.
• Monitor for unauthorized access and report observations per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and coordinate with airport personnel and authorities.
• Document patrols and incidents in required logs and reports.
