Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, seeks an unarmed Security Officer for driving patrols in Fresno, CA. You will provide customer service, patrol key areas, monitor access, and maintain a visible security presence to deter incidents.

Role requires a valid driver’s license and is a full-time position with evening shifts. Training and growth opportunities are provided in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check required by law; will be conducted.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply; subject to state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner following procedures.
• Conduct unarmed patrols of loading areas, parking lots, and perimeters.
• Monitor facility access and verify authorized personnel and visitors.
• Document observations and communicate information to site leadership.
