Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driving Role in Fresno, CA. You will conduct vehicle and foot patrols, monitor access points, deter security-related incidents, and deliver excellent customer service at a busy logistics site.

Minimum requirements include a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or equivalent, with background checks and drug screening as part of employment. Schedule includes daytime and evening shifts at a logistics location.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, delivery-yard concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, parking lots, trailers, access points, and the business perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the facility and verify authorized personnel, visitors, and drivers according to site-specific procedures.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
