Allied Universal in Foothill Ranch, CA is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Building Access Control & Mobile Response Driver. The role involves patrolling a retail location, maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents, and supporting access control and customer service needs.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, associates, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document and report observations according to site procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, entrances, stock areas, and perimeter areas, to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Monitor access points and support a welcoming retail environment by observing visitor activity, assisting with directions, and communicating unusual conditions to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
Support protection of merchandise and company property by following established procedures for suspicious activity, alarms, access control, and incident reporting.
