Job summary

Allied Universal in Perris, CA is hiring a Security Officer Unarmed Driver to patrol and safeguard a logistics and distribution site. You will provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while maintaining security protocols.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, at least a year of security experience, and the ability to work a 2:00 PM–10:00 PM schedule Monday through Sunday. Allied Universal offers training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and driver authorization in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate visitor, vehicle, and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency services when needed.
• Observe shipping and receiving activity, report damaged property or potential policy violations, and help support an orderly environment for facility operations.
