Job summary

Allegiance Industries, Inc. is hiring an unarmed School Resource Security Officer for an education facility. Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM.

You will conduct foot patrols, monitor security cameras, de-escalate conflicts, and assist in investigations to protect client property. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or Equivalency, a valid driver's license with reliable transportation, ability to pass background and drug screening, and willingness to obtain a Guard License.

Currently hiring: Unarmed School Resource Security Officer

Shift: Monday - Friday (7:30 AM - 3:30 PM)

We are looking for you to…

• Conduct foot patrols of the facility
• Ability to work and integrate with children in a calm, friendly, and professional manner
• Ability to de-escalate minor conflicts verbally
• Assist Allegiance management in delegated duties and functions
• Follow written/verbal directives
• Stand or walk constantly (for multiple hours, up to an entire shift) on various surfaces (tile, concrete, carpet, grass, dirt)
• Monitor security cameras
• Public relations and awareness and dealing tactfully with the public
• Assist in investigations concerning loss/damage of client property
• Follow post orders, Allegiance policy and procedure and other directives

Qualifications
