Job summary

Allegiance Industries, Inc. is seeking Part-Time Nightshift Weekend Officers to support our industrial facility in Wilson, North Carolina. The position runs Saturday-Sunday, 7pm–7am and includes on-the-job training to help you excel.

You will assist management, monitor cameras, handle reports, and engage with the public while adhering to post orders and safety rules. A high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and ability to pass background/drug checks are required. Guard license is an asset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background and drug screening.
• Ability to work all shifts.
• Ability to understand and follow rules and orders.
• Ability to cope with stressful situations.
• Physical stamina and dexterity.
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures.
• Ability to detect safety hazards and follow safety requirements.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain a Guard License.

Responsibilities

• Assist Allegiance management in delegated duties and functions.

• Stand or walk constantly for multiple hours, on various surfaces.

• Public relations and awareness, and dealing tactfully with the public.
• Assist in investigations concerning loss/damage of client property.
• Follow post orders, Allegiance policy and procedures and other directives.
• Obtain and in detail statements, write reports, interview and observe information professionally.
