Job summary

Allegiance-Industries is seeking an Unarmed School Resource Security Officer for a weekday daytime shift at a North Carolina education facility. The role involves patrolling the campus, engaging with children in a calm, professional manner, de-escalating conflicts, and monitoring security cameras to protect property and people.

You will follow post orders, assist management, support investigations, and prepare clear statements and reports.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency is required.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background and drug screening.
• Capability to work all shifts and maintain composure.
• Guard license eligibility is expected.

Responsibilities

• Conduct foot patrols of the facility.
• Interact with students in a calm, friendly, and professional manner.
• De-escalate minor conflicts verbally.
• Monitor security cameras.
• Follow post orders and facility directives.
• Assist investigations and document statements.
• Write detailed incident reports.
• Provide public relations and safety awareness.
