Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Shift Supervisor - Unarmed Residential in West Palm Beach, FL to protect a high-profile client’s facility and campus. You will deter misconduct, enforce post orders, and coordinate the security team on your shift.

The role requires guiding officers, maintaining staffing and training, and ensuring contract compliance while delivering quality service. Weekly pay and a competitive hourly pay rate accompany the position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws and regulations.
• Current and valid driver's license.
• Minimum 1 year of security, law enforcement, or military experience; 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Must be able to supervise staff, handle emergencies, and prepare reports.
• Ability to maintain poise, follow orders, and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Make emergency notifications per site Post Orders.
• Direct and instruct subordinates on duties.
• Cross-train officers to increase versatility and site efficiency.
• Suggest productivity and cost-reduction improvements.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training.
• Ensure training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime at minimum or designated levels.
• Inspect personnel and performance for contract compliance.
• Perform payroll, incident review, and security surveys.
• Support in preparation of post orders.
