Responsibilities include supervising officers, coordinating with Account/Field Managers, coaching staff, and documenting incidents with clear reports. The role demands strong communication, crisis composure, and a commitment to client security standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum of 2 years of security experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Guard card required.
• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must prepare written reports and logs with neat handwriting.
• Must read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• May require a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Background check and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills for client-site technology.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of security services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Prepare and maintain clear written reports and logs.
• Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently while ensuring client safety.
