Bon Secours Mercy Health in Greenville, SC is seeking an unarmed Protective Services Officer for the St. Francis Downtown campus.

You will provide safety and security, escort patients, visitors and staff, patrol grounds, monitor access control and CCTV, and participate in investigations when warranted. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and basic life support certification within 6 months; 1–2 years security or related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• BLS Basic Life Support certification required within 6 months of hire.
• RSFH licensure requirements (armed – TASER) within 6 months and TASER Training within 60 days.

Responsabilités

• Escort patients, visitors and employees; patrol grounds and deter hazards.
• Deter criminal activity via routine patrols of hospital property.
• Enforce parking, visitation and policy rules; support investigations as needed.
• Monitor CCTV and document incidents; maintain daily logs.
