Job summary

Allied Universal in Burlington, NJ is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Customer Care Patrol to protect clients across technology, media, telecom sectors and more. You will monitor premises, deter incidents, respond to alarms, and provide friendly customer service.

Qualifications

• At least two years of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• State/county/city-issued security license preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screening will be conducted as required by law.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings and parking areas.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials.
• Document patrol observations and communicate findings to site leadership.
