Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer – Tech Campus Patrols in Milford, MA. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic tech/telecom location, provide outstanding customer service, and enforce site-specific policies.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with controlling entry to and exit from the location.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, client representatives, and visitors as needed.
• Complete required reports and documentation related to security-related activities and incidents.
• Support Allied Universal's commitment to customer service and high standards while representing the company at the client location.
