Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Driver Patrol in Wilmington, NC. You will provide campus security, deter incidents, and deliver customer service to students, staff, and visitors while on duty.

This full-time driving role offers daytime shifts on a university campus, with a focus on safety, emergency response, and reliable communication, using modern tools and alignment with Allied Universal's people-first culture.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience required.
• A valid driver’s license required per policy.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and vendors by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of campus buildings, parking areas, walkways, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and report unusual activity or policy violations to campus contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Complete reports and incident documentation according to site requirements.
