Job summary

CohnReznick is seeking an Advisory Manager to join the Unanet ERP Implementation team in GovCon Advisory. This remote-friendly role supports government contracting clients, driving requirements, configuring systems, and training end users.

You will lead discovery, manage multiple projects, and develop client relationships while mentoring staff. U.S. citizenship is required; a Bachelor's and Unanet ERP expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems).
• Extensive implementation experience with Unanet ERP in a consulting role.
• Minimum of 5 years hands-on Unanet ERP experience; experience with QuickBooks, GCS Premier or Costpoint is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; team player.

Responsibilities

• Implement Unanet ERP solutions for Government Contracting clients.
• Lead discovery meetings, gather requirements, document processes and design.
• Configure, test, train, and provide ongoing post-implementation support.
• Mentor and lead team members; contribute to business development activities.
• Manage client expectations, timelines, and budgets.
