Job summary

Unanet, Inc. is seeking a Consultant to lead multiple ERP engagements within the Professional Services team. You will translate government contracting accounting requirements into system configurations and drive end-to-end implementations, training, and month-end close.

You will manage several short-duration projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain utilization targets while delivering high-quality customer experiences. Travel is occasional.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with ERP or accounting software implementations, business consulting, accounting, or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience translating business requirements into system configuration and process recommendations

Responsibilities

• Configure Unanet ERP to meet client needs: invoicing, revenue recognition, labor costing, cost pools, overhead allocations, and project accounting
• Lead short-duration, fixed-scope customer projects: implementations, optimization, training, data load
• Guide first month-end close, A/R aging, A/P aging, WIP, unbilled amounts, and bank reconciliations
• Lead customer training during engagements and ensure adoption of configured workflows
• Coordinate with Project Managers and internal teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget
