Unanet, Inc. is seeking a Consultant to lead multiple ERP engagements within the Professional Services team. You will translate government contracting accounting requirements into system configurations and drive end-to-end implementations, training, and month-end close.
You will manage several short-duration projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain utilization targets while delivering high-quality customer experiences. Travel is occasional.
As a Consultant on our growing Professional Services team, you will lead multiple concurrent Unanet ERP engagements, including core implementations and short-duration add-onprojects. You will help Government Contracting (GovCon) customers translate their business and accounting requirements into successful system configurations across projects with varying scope, duration, and complexity.
You will serve as a hands-on partner throughout the implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering and configuration through training, month-end close, and adoption, while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
What You’ll Do
Your First 90 Days
In your first 30 days, you will complete orientation and get to know our team. You will build foundational product knowledge through our Help Center, Learning Management System (LMS), training sessions, and webinars. You will shadow peer Consultants on customer engagements and co-develop a detailed training plan with your manager.
In your first 60 days, you will continue shadowing customer implementations and progressing through your training plan. You will actively participate in available product training sessions and webinars. Using recorded resources and a demo environment, you will demonstrate proficiency with Unanet’s Time & Expense functionality and begin completing defined configuration and training activities with support.
By day 90, you will have shadowed multiple customer engagements and participated as a hands-on contributor. You will have demonstrated proficiency with Unanet Financials and begun leading defined implementation workstreams, training sessions, or small add-on projects, based on project assignments and readiness. Progressively working toward meeting a billable utilization target.

The salary range for this opportunity is $74,305 - $87,418 per year. You will be eligible for employee equity as well as discretionary bonus compensation, subject to plans that may be in effect from time to time.
