Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring for a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to represent the company inside a warehouse/club kiosk setting. You will engage with a broad range of customers, educate them on benefits, and drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

You'll complete training on products, systems, and processes while building customer relationships, handling referrals, and aiming to exceed expectations. Benefits include base pay, incentives, and stock-related programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and demonstrates value of membership benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience and processes to continuously improve customer experience.
• Build rapport with customers, attract referrals, and drive sales activity while providing exceptional service.
