Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to be the face of the brand inside a warehouse/club kiosk. You will educate customers, demonstrate products, and drive sales while delivering exceptional service in a high-traffic environment.

You'll complete training to master store processes, engage customers personally, and leverage relationships to grow referrals. The role emphasizes energy, empathy, and adaptability in a fast-moving setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages customers in a high-traffic retail environment and communicates the value of store-in-store benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, processes, and systems to provide the best customer experience.
• Build rapport, drive sales, collect referrals, and nurture relationships with new and existing customers.
