Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Hualālai in Hawaii seeks an ULU AM Buffet Stocker to deliver a seamless, inviting breakfast experience. You will keep the buffet well-presented and fully stocked in a fast-paced, guest-facing setting.

Maintain cleanliness, support service flow, and collaborate with the culinary team to ensure fresh, appealing offerings. Candidates need Hawaii health clearance, 3–12 months food/bev experience, and legal US work authorization; weekend/holiday availability is required.

• Hawaii health clearance TB per state requirements.
• Three to twelve months of restaurant or F&B experience.
• Legal work authorization in United States.
• Weekend and Holiday availability required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down buffet equipment, utensils, signage, and displays.
• Replenish buffet items to keep offerings fresh and full.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the buffet area.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond with urgency.
• Stock linens, china, glassware, silverware, and food items.
• Prepare simple items such as toast, soups, and beverages.
• Coordinate with culinary team on food quantities.

ULU AM BUFFET STOCKER

As a ULU AM Buffet Stocker, you will support the delivery of a seamless and inviting breakfast experience within our signature oceanfront restaurant, ULU. Known for its focus on Hawai‘i Island-sourced ingredients and vibrant morning offerings, ULU provides a relaxed yet refined buffet setting that welcomes guests to begin their day.

In this role, you will ensure the buffet is consistently well-presented, fully stocked, and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and quality. This is a fast-paced, guest-facing environment where attention to detail, organization, and responsiveness are essential. You will play a key role in supporting the flow of service while creating a welcoming and polished atmosphere for our guests.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Set up and break down buffet equipment, utensils, signage, and food displays with attention to detail and presentation
• Replenish buffet items throughout service to ensure all offerings remain fresh, full, and visually appealing
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the buffet area, promptly addressing spills and ensuring a tidy environment
• Anticipate guest needs, respond to requests, and ensure satisfaction with a sense of urgency and care
• Assist with stocking linens, china, glassware, silverware, and food items for service
• Support preparation of simple items such as toast, soups, and beverages as needed
• Communicate effectively with the culinary team to ensure appropriate quantities of food are prepared and available

WHAT TO BRING

• Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card when working in food and beverage
• Three to twelve months of restaurant, food and beverage, or equivalent experience is required.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
• Weekend & Holiday availability required
