Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Hualālai seeks a ULU Buffet Stocker to support a seamless breakfast experience at our signature oceanfront restaurant. You will ensure buffet presentation is impeccable, keep items replenished, and maintain a spotless buffet area for our guests.

Ideal candidates bring 3–12 months in restaurant or related F&B, have Hawaii TB clearance, and are available weekends/holidays, with legal US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Must have Hawaii DOH TB clearance.
• Three to twelve months of restaurant, food and beverage, or equivalent experience.
• Legal work authorization in United States.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down buffet equipment, utensils, signage, and food displays with attention to detail and presentation.
• Replenish buffet items throughout service to ensure all offerings remain fresh, full, and visually appealing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the buffet area, promptly addressing spills and ensuring a tidy environment.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond to requests, and ensure satisfaction with a sense of urgency and care.
• Assist with stocking linens, china, glassware, silverware, and food items for service.
• Support preparation of simple items such as toast, soups, and beverages as needed.
• Communicate effectively with the culinary team to ensure appropriate quantities of food are prepared and available.

ULU AM BUFFET STOCKER
As a ULU AM Buffet Stocker, you will support the delivery of a seamless and inviting breakfast experience within our signature oceanfront restaurant, ULU. Known for its focus on Hawai‘i Island-sourced ingredients and vibrant morning offerings, ULU provides a relaxed yet refined buffet setting that welcomes guests to begin their day.
In this role, you will ensure the buffet is consistently well-presented, fully stocked, and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and quality. This is a fast-paced, guest-facing environment where attention to detail, organization, and responsiveness are essential. You will play a key role in supporting the flow of service while creating a welcoming and polished atmosphere for our guests.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and break down buffet equipment, utensils, signage, and food displays with attention to detail and presentation

What To Bring

• Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card when working in food and beverage
• Three to twelve months of restaurant, food and beverage, or equivalent experience is required.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
• Weekend & Holiday availability required
