Job summary

SimonMed Imaging is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to deliver high-quality diagnostic ultrasound across abdominal, OB/GYN, small parts and vascular studies in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

You will own image quality, use PACS/RIS/EMR, maintain exam areas, and mentor students while upholding QA and professional standards.

The position emphasizes patient-focused care, teamwork, continual learning, and growth within a national network with cross-training opportunities.

Qualifications

• ARDMS certification in Abdomen, OB/GYN, or applicable specialty required or registry-eligible
• Completed accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program
• 1–2 years of clinical ultrasound experience (general, OB/GYN, and/or vascular) preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform full spectrum ultrasound exams—abdominal, pelvic, OB/GYN, small parts, and vascular studies with diagnostic-quality images.
• Own the quality of every image—optimize and review your work before radiologist review.
• Maintain a clean, organized exam area and support departmental operations in a high-volume outpatient setting.
• Provide patient-centered care with clear explanations and compassionate interaction.
