Qualifications

• National Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer within 1 year of hire.
• BLS/CPR - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum 9 months ultrasound coursework in Abdomen, OB/Gyn with clinical rotation.
• Preferred 9 months ultrasound coursework in Breast and Vascular.

Responsibilities

• Perform and evaluate sonographic examinations.
• Obtain clinical history and assess patient condition to determine testing protocol.
• Provide technical interpretation of sonographic data to aid physicians in diagnosis.
