Job summary

Providence Imaging Center, located in Anchorage, AK, is seeking a per diem Registered Sonographer to support our imaging team. Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Diagnostic Sonography Program or ARRT Certification.
• Within 1 year of hire: National Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer.
• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• 9 months Ultrasound coursework experience in Abdomen, OB/Gyn incl. clinical rotation.

Responsibilities

• Performs all essential functions of the Registered Sonographer.
• Performs and evaluates sonographic examinations.
• Obtains clinical history and determines appropriate testing protocol.
