Job summary

RadNet is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to perform high-quality ultrasound procedures and support radiologists with guided biopsies in a fast-paced imaging environment. You will ensure patient safety, maintain HIPAA-compliant handling of information, and uphold department policies while delivering accurate results.

The role requires completing an Ultrasound Technologist program with diploma, passing SPI, and BLS; ARDMS certification or registry eligibility is preferred.

Qualifications

• Completed Ultrasound Technologist program with diploma.
• SPI exam passed.
• ARDMS certification or ARDMS Registry Eligible preferred.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality ultrasound procedures in accordance with department policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist radiologists with ultrasound-guided biopsies and procedures as needed.
• Understand ultrasound data generation and operation of the instruments used to detect, display, and store acoustic information.
