Job summary

RadNet is seeking a dedicated Ultrasound Technologist to perform high-quality ultrasound examinations and assist radiologists with procedures in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Candidates should have completed an Ultrasound Technologist program with diploma, SPI exam, ARDMS certification or registry eligibility, and a current BLS certification to ensure patient safety and optimal imaging outcomes.

Qualifications

• Completed Ultrasound Technologist program with diploma.
• Passed SPI exam.
• Current ARDMS certifications or ARDMS Registry Eligible preferred.
• Must have BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality ultrasound procedures in accordance with department policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist radiologists with ultrasound-guided biopsies and procedures as needed.
• Understand methods to generate ultrasound data and operation of ultrasound equipment.
• Monitor patient well-being during exams and respond to any issues.
• Safeguard patient information and on-site medications per policy.
