RadNet is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to perform high-quality ultrasound exams and assist radiologists with biopsies. You will monitor patient well-being, protect health information, and maintain professional interactions with patients and staff.

The ideal candidate has a completed Ultrasound Technologist diploma, SPI exam, ARDMS certification or registry eligibility, and BLS certification. This on-site role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Graduates must have completed an Ultrasound Technologist program with diploma.
• SPI exam passed, ARDMS certifications preferred or registry eligible.
• BLS certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform high quality ultrasound procedures in accordance with department policy and regulatory requirements.
• Assist radiologists with ultrasound-guided biopsies and procedures.
• Understand the methods used to generate ultrasound data and the operation of imaging instruments.
• Monitor patient well-being during exams and respond to discomfort or medical problems.
• Safeguard patient property and Patient Health Information.
• Safeguards on-site medications per Company policies and legal requirements.
• Demonstrate professionalism toward patients and coworkers.
• Respect patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities during all interactions.
• Interact diplomatically and sympathetically with patients, families, and the public.
• Establish, nurture, and maintain cooperative working relationships.
