Job summary

Akumin is hiring an Ultrasound Technologist for our Beaches Port St. Lucie facility. This full-time role performs ultrasound imaging and prepares the patient history for Radiologists.

Requirements include a High School Diploma, ARDMS/ARRT(S), CPR, 1-2 years ultrasound experience, and ability to travel between locations. We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• ARDMS or ARRT(S) required.
• State license, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound imaging procedures for patients.
• Gather patient history data and prepare findings for Radiologist.
• Maintain exam rooms and assist with center workflow as needed.
• Burn discs with images and support operational tasks.
