Job summary

Akumin Inc. in Port St. Lucie, FL is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to perform ultrasound imaging procedures and support Radiologists with clinical history. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of ultrasound experience, ARDMS or ARRT(S) certification, CPR, and the ability to work at multiple locations. HS diploma required; associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred.
• CPR certification required; ARDMS or ARRT(S) required.
• 1-2 years ultrasound experience; state license if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound imaging procedures on patients.
• Gather patient history data and complete exam findings for Radiologist.
• Maintain exam room cleanliness and general upkeep.
• Assist with imaging center workflow and related duties.
