Job summary

Akumin, a leading outpatient radiology provider, seeks an Ultrasound Technologist to join our Irving, TX team. You will perform diagnostic ultrasound exams, maintain equipment, and ensure patient safety and comfort.

Requirements include ARRT (S) and ARDMS, 1–2 years of ultrasound experience, CPR/BLS, and the ability to travel to several sites. We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of Ultrasound experience.
• Certification: ARRT (S) and ARDMS required.
• Valid state driver’s license if applicable.
• Ability to work at multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Administer high-frequency ultrasound exams as ordered by physician.
• Demonstrate proficiency with EMR, PACS, and DICOM systems.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Train or orient new technologists as needed.
• Perform duties defined by leadership.
