Huntsville Hospital seeks an ultrasonography professional to perform state-of-the-art diagnostic ultrasound procedures with independence and initiative. The role emphasizes accurate image acquisition and patient care in a fast-paced setting.
Minimum qualifications include a graduate accredit ultrasound program, ARDMS registration within 1 year of hire (or 2 years post-graduation) and BLS within 90 days. Six months to one year of clinical experience is preferred.
Performs ultrasonography procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision. Uses independent judgment ingenuity and initiative to perform state-of-the art diagnostic ultrasound procedures.

Must possess excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a fast paced environment, requiring prioritizing and changing task frequently and quickly. Must be willing to learn vascular ultrasound.
