Job summary

Huntsville Hospital is seeking an ultrasound technologist to perform OB/Gyn ultrasound procedures with professional autonomy. You will execute state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging, applying independent judgment and initiative while ensuring patient safety and accuracy.

Minimum requirements include ARDMS registration timelines, CPR certification within 6 months, and prior OB/Gyn experience. Willingness to pursue fetal echocardiogram training and fetal Doppler ultrasound is expected.

Qualifications

• ARDMS registration required within 1 year of hire or 2 years from graduation date, whichever is later.
• ARDMS Fetal Echocardiogram registration required within 6 months of hire.
• Must have CPR certification within 6 months of hire.
• Six months to one year of OB/Gyn clinical experience preferred.
• Must possess excellent communication skills and be willing to learn fetal echocardiogram and fetal Doppler ultrasound.
